Friends may call from 6 - 8 pm on Thursday, July 2, 2009 at the Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors. A funeral service will be at 1:30 pm Friday, July 3, 2009 in the Funeral Home with Rev. Jon Stouffer and Chaplain Keith Irey officiating. Burial will follow in Marion Cemetery.
Wilma Fay (Miley) McAdow, 87, Marion, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at her residence. She was born on October 14, 1921 in Norton, Ohio to the late Andrew and Molly (Curren) Miley.
Wilma graduated from Waldo High School in 1939 and on April 14, 1940 she married William Delmer McAdow. They celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary in 2009. Wilma worked as a manager for the Marion Federal Savings and Loan Bank for many years.
Wilma is survived by her husband, William Delmer McAdow, Marion; children, Patricia (Terry) Everly, Las Vegas, NV, Judy Bogart, Longview, TX, Richard (Karen) McAdow, Pendleton, SC; grandchildren, Craig Everly, Los Angeles, CA, Michael (Kelly) Everly, Henderson, NV, Ryan (Jill) Everly, Castle Rock, CO, David (Melinda) Bogart, Lincoln, NE, Phillip Bogart, Lividia, FL, Steve (Cindy) Bogart, Rowlett, TX, Holly (Jon) Stouffer, Dayton, TX, Major Aaron (Heather) McAdow, Stuttgart, Germany (Castle Rock, CO), Jonathon McAdow, Atlanta, GA, Nikki (Chris) Merlo, Anderson, SC; 18 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Marion, Ralph and Wesley Miley; sisters, Hazel Miley, Gladys Mason, and Iva Bosh.
